Essential

  • Extensive operational leadership experience and established track record of leading large and complex organisations and diverse service offers at Board level;
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses, particularly through periods of change;
  • You must thrive on driving successful operational delivery, day to day, for a range of complex services.
  • The ability to “hit the ground running” through evidence of personal confidence, industry respect and industry contacts to be able to maintain operational stability and controls for SFGB now and into the future;
  • A strong track record of successfully interfacing with a variety of different types staff and stakeholders, consistently delivering above expectations;
  • The ability to understand and work with varied customers groups, some who may be defined as vulnerable.
  • Ability to develop innovative operational COO related business processes that achieve the SFGB quality standards and drive efficiency.
